Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:To establish and improve the "1+**" network system for emergency maintenance services in Pudong New Area (1 service information platform plus ** specialized maintenance service stations), this project plans to carry out a pilot program to establish "specialized emergency maintenance service stations" with streets as the basic service scope. This project's one-time procurement is valid for three years. The contract is signed annually. After passing the assessment by the purchaser each year, the contract will be renewed. The service period covered by the procurement budget of this project: from the date of contract signing until December **, ****.
