簡要規(guī)則描述：本項目主要是通過公開采購的方式選擇一家合格的供應商協(xié)同采購人開展****年度精品城區(qū)建成區(qū)域（靈巖南路、三林路）市容秩序管理工作。主要工作內(nèi)容包括：協(xié)同綜合執(zhí)法隊開展精品城區(qū)建成區(qū)域市容秩序管理工作，發(fā)現(xiàn)和處置各類市容秩序問題，指導和督促商戶履行門責管理義務、規(guī)范開展更新等。（具體詳見第三章采購需求書）
Brief Specification Description:The main purpose of this project is to select a qualified supplier through open procurement and collaborate with the purchaser to carry out the management of urban appearance and order in the built-up areas of the boutique urban areas (Lingyan South Road, Sanlin Road) in ****. (Please refer to Chapter 3 Procurement Requirements for details)
