(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:3) Having a third level or above qualification for general contracting of municipal public works construction, or possessing a second level or above qualification for professional contracting of highway traffic engineering (sub item of highway safety facilities) and a second level or above qualification for professional contracting of highway traffic engineering (sub item of highway electromechanical engineering). This project is specifically aimed at small and micro enterprises; 5. This project does not accept consortium bidding.
