簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)則描述：對(duì)龔路派出所現(xiàn)辦公地址東側(cè)房屋實(shí)施修繕改造，解決房屋結(jié)構(gòu)老化、設(shè)施陳舊等問(wèn)題。工程將同步實(shí)施吊頂安裝、地板鋪設(shè)、門窗更換等措施，并對(duì)屋面防水系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行重建升級(jí)，增設(shè)規(guī)范化晾曬功能等。同時(shí)，對(duì)龔豐路**號(hào)三號(hào)樓存在的內(nèi)墻飾面局部脫落空鼓、屋面防水層老化失效等問(wèn)題實(shí)施整體性修繕。具體要求詳見(jiàn)磋商文件內(nèi)采購(gòu)需求及工程量清單。
Brief Specification Description:The house on the east side of the current office address of Gonglu Police Station has been renovated to solve problems such as aging house structure and outdated facilities. The project will simultaneously implement measures such as ceiling installation, floor laying, replacement of doors and windows, rebuild and upgrade the roof waterproofing system, and add standardized drying functions, etc. At the same time, the overall repair was carried out on problems such as partial hollowing of the interior wall decoration in Building 3, ** Gongfeng Road, and the aging failure of the roof waterproof layer. 3.3擬派項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理具有建筑工程專業(yè)貳級(jí)及以上注冊(cè)建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書(shū)，且未擔(dān)任其他在建的建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目的項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理。
