簡要規(guī)則描述：為落實《關(guān)于印發(fā)<浦東新區(qū)****年市、區(qū)兩級政府消防實事項目實施方案>的通知》、《關(guān)于印發(fā)<浦東新區(qū)****年消防“為民辦實事”項目實施方案>的通知》等文件要求，提升轄區(qū)消防安全管理水平和提檔升級街道應(yīng)急救援體系，東明路街道擬通過競爭性磋商的方式擇優(yōu)選取一家供應(yīng)商提供社區(qū)微型消防站運行服務(wù)，為社區(qū)微型消防站日常運行配備消防保安人員，配置消防救援專用車輛等，以完成滅火應(yīng)急救援、防火巡查檢查、消防安全宣傳等工作。（具體詳見第三章采購需求書）
Brief Specification Description:To implement the requirements outlined in documents such as the "Notice on Issuing the Implementation Plan for Municipal and District-Level Government Fire Safety Projects in Pudong New Area (****)" and the "Notice on Issuing the Implementation Plan for Fire Safety 'People-Oriented' Projects in Pudong New Area (****)," as well as to enhance the fire safety management standards and upgrade the emergency rescue system within the jurisdiction, Dongming Road Subdistrict plans to competitively select a preferred supplier through a competitive negotiation process. The selected supplier will provide operational services for community mini fire stations, including staffing firefighting security personnel, equipping specialized fire rescue vehicles, and performing tasks such as firefighting emergency rescue, fire inspection patrols, and fire safety promotion (for details, refer to Chapter 3 of the Procurement Requirements Document)
合同履約期限：****年度，本次采購工作完成前由原服務(wù)單位繼續(xù)履行服務(wù)，在此期間所產(chǎn)生的相關(guān)費用，待項目采購?fù)瓿珊笥沙山还?yīng)商按成交價折算支付給原服務(wù)單位，費用按成交總價/**5*原單位服務(wù)天數(shù)計算。
The Contract Period:In ****, the original service unit will continue to provide services until the completion of this procurement work. The related expenses incurred during this period will be converted and paid to the original service unit by the successful supplier based on the transaction price after the project procurement is completed. The expenses will be calculated as the total transaction price divided by **5 * the number of service days provided by the original unit.
