5、法人的分支機構(gòu)以自己的名義參與本項目采購活動時，應(yīng)提供依法登記的相關(guān)證明文件和由法人出具的對本項目采購活動承擔全部直接責任的授權(quán)書；自然人應(yīng)提供身份證明文件。
6、未涉及承擔本項目評估、勘察、設(shè)計、監(jiān)理、施工、材料設(shè)備供應(yīng)等其他相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)，或與以上單位有隸屬關(guān)系及其他直接利益關(guān)系。

This project is specifically targeted for procurement by medium, small, and micro enterprises. Medium, small, and micro enterprises shall provide the "Declaration Letter for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises" as required. 5. When participating in procurement activities for this project in their own name, branches of legal entities shall provide relevant certification documents registered in accordance with the law and a letter of authorization issued by the legal entity to assume full direct responsibility for the procurement activities of this project; natural persons shall provide identity certification documents. 6. They must not be involved in other related businesses such as evaluation, survey, design, supervision, construction, material and equipment supply, or have subordinate relationships or other direct interest relationships with the above units. 7. Subcontracting is not allowed in this project.
