簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)格描述或項(xiàng)目基本概況介紹、用途：為上海市浦東新區(qū)精神衛(wèi)生中心提供特種保安服務(wù)，項(xiàng)目以崗位清算，共計(jì) 7 個(gè)崗位點(diǎn)，工作日程根據(jù)醫(yī)院具體需求（請(qǐng)見(jiàn)第五章 采購(gòu)需求書(shū)中的《崗位設(shè)置一覽表》），投標(biāo)人在本次投標(biāo)報(bào)價(jià)中應(yīng)充分考慮崗位/人數(shù)配比（如崗位換休、請(qǐng)假、就餐等其他可能離開(kāi)崗位的情況，以及充分考量法定工作時(shí)長(zhǎng)等因素）適配足夠數(shù)量保安隊(duì)員以滿足崗位需求。（具體詳見(jiàn)第五章 采購(gòu)需求書(shū)）。
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:To provide special security services for the Pudong New Area Mental Health Center in Shanghai, the project involves job liquidation, with a total of 7 job sites. The work schedule is based on the specific needs of the hospital (please refer to the "Job Setting List" in Chapter 5 Procurement Requirements). Bidders should fully consider the job/personnel ratio in this bidding quotation (such as job rotation, leave, meals, and other possible situations that may leave the post, as well as fully consider factors such as statutory working hours) to adapt a sufficient number of security personnel to meet the job requirements. (Please refer to Chapter 5 Procurement Requirements for details).
合同履約期限：服務(wù)期限1年，具體開(kāi)始時(shí)間以采購(gòu)人通知為準(zhǔn)。

(c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：（1）須系我國(guó)境內(nèi)依法設(shè)立的法人或非法人組織（本項(xiàng)目不接受分公司以自己名義參加采購(gòu)活動(dòng)）；（2）具備公安部門核發(fā)的有效的《保安服務(wù)許可證》；（3）單位負(fù)責(zé)人為同一人或者存在直接控股、管理關(guān)系的不同供應(yīng)商，不得參加同一合同項(xiàng)下的政府采購(gòu)活動(dòng)；為采購(gòu)項(xiàng)目提供整體設(shè)計(jì)、規(guī)范編制或者項(xiàng)目管理、監(jiān)理、檢測(cè)等服務(wù)的供應(yīng)商，不得再參加該采購(gòu)項(xiàng)目的其他采購(gòu)活動(dòng)；（4）本項(xiàng)目不允許轉(zhuǎn)包。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(1) It must be a legal entity or an unincorporated organization established within the territory of China in accordance with the law (this project does not accept branch companies participating in procurement activities in their own name); (2) Having a valid Security Service License issued by the public security department; (3) The same person in charge of the unit or different suppliers with direct controlling or management relationships shall not participate in government procurement activities under the same contract; Suppliers who provide overall design, specification preparation, project management, supervision, testing and other services for procurement projects shall not participate in other procurement activities of the procurement project; (4) This project does not allow subcontracting.
