（2）具有有效的營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照或相關(guān)證件；
（3）具有承接本項(xiàng)目的人員、設(shè)備、場(chǎng)所等相關(guān)條件；
（4）投標(biāo)截止之日前三年內(nèi)，在政府采購(gòu)活動(dòng)中無不良行為記錄；
（5）公司資產(chǎn)狀況良好，依法繳納稅收和社會(huì)保障資金，具有良好的商業(yè)信譽(yù)和健全的財(cái)務(wù)會(huì)計(jì)制度；
