2 、擬派項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人須具有園林專業(yè)中級及以上職稱；
2.1項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人有下列情形，不得參與本標(biāo)段投標(biāo)：（1）在其他項(xiàng)目擔(dān)任項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人；（2）項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人在其他項(xiàng)目履行合同過程中發(fā)生變更，變更時(shí)間未滿**0天。
3、 園林綠化施工企業(yè)須配備與工程規(guī)模相適應(yīng)的施工現(xiàn)場管理機(jī)構(gòu)人員：最低應(yīng)為5人（含）以上，且需包含園林項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人1人、安全員1人、質(zhì)量員1人、材料員1人、中級園林綠化工（班組負(fù)責(zé)人）1名。
