簡要規(guī)則描述：根據國務院《地方志工作條例》關于地方志書編修的時間要求，為全面、客觀、系統(tǒng)地編纂地方志，發(fā)揮地方志在促進經濟建設和社會發(fā)展中的作用，根據志書編纂規(guī)律，使三林鎮(zhèn)志編纂工作有計劃、有步驟地順利進行，確保進度和質量，擬通過公開競爭性磋商的方式選擇一位合格供應商全面負責《三林鎮(zhèn)志》的編纂工作。主要服務內容編纂高質量的《三林鎮(zhèn)志》，全面客觀記載****年以來三林鎮(zhèn)經濟社會發(fā)展的歷史和現(xiàn)狀的資料性文獻，包括前期培訓、志書編纂、全程跟蹤輔導、專家審稿、設計排版校正、代理申請刊號等完成志書交付的各項服務。（具體詳見第三章采購需求書）
