Brief Specification Description:Carry out the development of two single buildings and surrounding environment improvement projects, including the Paul Pudong Flower Garden project, the main building on the Lake Center Island, as well as overall environmental consulting for areas such as the garden gatehead of Paul Pudong Garden and bridges around the Lake Center Island.

1、根據(jù)上海市財(cái)政局《關(guān)于上海市政府采購信息管理平臺(tái)招投標(biāo)系統(tǒng)正式運(yùn)行的通知》（滬財(cái)采[****]**號(hào)）的規(guī)定，本項(xiàng)目招投標(biāo)相關(guān)活動(dòng)在電子采購平臺(tái)（網(wǎng)址：www.zfcg.sh.gov.cn）電子招投標(biāo)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行。響應(yīng)人應(yīng)根據(jù)《上海市電子政府采購管理暫行辦法》等有關(guān)規(guī)定和要求執(zhí)行。響應(yīng)人在電子采購平臺(tái)的有關(guān)操作方法可以參照電子采購平臺(tái)中的“在線服務(wù)”專欄的有關(guān)內(nèi)容和操作要求辦理。
