簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)則描述：為解決由群租而引發(fā)的公共安全事件、消防安全事件、鄰里糾紛等諸多問(wèn)題，為了還老百姓們一個(gè)舒適安全的生活、居住環(huán)境，以大大降低****5工單的重復(fù)性和不滿意率，本項(xiàng)目擬通過(guò)公開競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性磋商的方式選取一家合格的供應(yīng)商對(duì)三林鎮(zhèn)群租房開展全面整治行動(dòng)，同時(shí)對(duì)于居委在啟動(dòng)聯(lián)勤聯(lián)動(dòng)后仍無(wú)法處置的****5涉及群租的工單開展集中整治，并要求配備專業(yè)車輛清運(yùn)整治過(guò)程中產(chǎn)生的高低床等物資。（具體詳見第三章采購(gòu)需求書）
