簡要規(guī)則描述：本次浦東新區(qū)智慧政務(wù)通用平臺運(yùn)維服務(wù)范圍包括對協(xié)同辦公系統(tǒng)、街鎮(zhèn)直通車、釘釘郵箱、平臺底座的運(yùn)維服務(wù)。為確保浦東新區(qū)智慧政務(wù)通用平臺的持續(xù)穩(wěn)定正常運(yùn)行，現(xiàn)擬通過公開采購的方式選取一家合格的供應(yīng)商提供運(yùn)維服務(wù)（具體詳見第三章采購需求書）。參加本次磋商的供應(yīng)商，可對一個包件進(jìn)行響應(yīng)，也可對多個包件同時進(jìn)行響應(yīng)，但每個供應(yīng)商針對上述包件只能成交一個包件。
Brief Specification Description:The operation and maintenance service scope of the Pudong New Area Smart Government General Platform includes the operation and maintenance service of collaborative office system, street through train, nailed mailbox and platform base. In order to ensure the continuous, stable and normal operation of the general platform for smart government affairs in Pudong New Area, it is planned to select a qualified supplier to provide operation and maintenance services through public procurement (see Chapter III Procurement Requirements for details). Suppliers participating in this negotiation can respond to one package or to multiple packages at the same time, but each supplier can only clinch one package for the above packages.

簡要規(guī)則描述：上海自貿(mào)試驗(yàn)區(qū)大數(shù)據(jù)支撐服務(wù)平臺項(xiàng)目建設(shè)成果，主要包括：運(yùn)營運(yùn)維保障子系統(tǒng)、數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)管可視化子系統(tǒng)、數(shù)據(jù)安全管理子系統(tǒng)、數(shù)據(jù)資源門戶、大數(shù)據(jù)平臺軟件、大數(shù)據(jù)平臺支撐工具、數(shù)據(jù)共享交換軟件、數(shù)據(jù)治理軟件等八個子系統(tǒng)。為確保大數(shù)據(jù)支撐服務(wù)平臺各系統(tǒng)及產(chǎn)品軟件在可靠、高效、穩(wěn)定的環(huán)境中運(yùn)行，保障平臺的高可用性，提升系統(tǒng)的易用性，支撐公共數(shù)據(jù)管理、治理和共享應(yīng)用等業(yè)務(wù)流程，現(xiàn)擬通過公開的方式選取一家合格的供應(yīng)商為該平臺各系統(tǒng)提供運(yùn)維服務(wù)。（具體詳見第三章采購需求書）。參加本次磋商的供應(yīng)商，可對一個包件進(jìn)行響應(yīng)，也可對多個包件同時進(jìn)行響應(yīng)，但每個供應(yīng)商針對上述包件只能成交一個包件。
