簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)則描述：本項(xiàng)目主要服務(wù)內(nèi)容是對(duì)浦東新區(qū)黨政機(jī)關(guān)重要信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)設(shè)施開展網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全防護(hù)、安全評(píng)估、滲透測(cè)試、云服務(wù)器防病毒、應(yīng)急響應(yīng)和重保等技術(shù)服務(wù)，完善網(wǎng)絡(luò)數(shù)據(jù)安全應(yīng)急處置機(jī)制，支撐新區(qū)大數(shù)據(jù)中心全天候網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全日常管理，協(xié)助網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全制度體系建設(shè)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全績(jī)效管理，協(xié)助等保工作推進(jìn)、數(shù)據(jù)安全工作推進(jìn)、漏洞管理和咨詢培訓(xùn)等服務(wù)。（具體詳見第三章采購(gòu)需求書）。
Brief Specification Description:The main service content of this project is to provide technical services such as network security protection, security assessment, penetration testing, cloud server anti-virus, emergency response and re-insurance for the important information network system facilities of the party and government organs in Pudong New Area, improve the emergency response mechanism of network data security, support the all-weather daily management of network security in the big data center in the new area, assist in the construction of network security system, network security performance management, and assist in the promotion of such security work, data security work, vulnerability management and consulting training. (For details, please refer to Chapter III Procurement Requirements).
合同履約期限：本項(xiàng)目服務(wù)期限為自合同簽訂之日起一年。

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:(1) Implement measures to reserve shares, increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support the policies of small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is specially designed for small and medium-sized enterprises to purchase, and small and medium-sized enterprises will not implement price discounts during the review. （4）本項(xiàng)目不允許轉(zhuǎn)包。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(3) It must be a legal person or an unincorporated organization established in China according to law (this project does not accept branches to participate in procurement activities in their own names); (4) Subcontracting is not allowed for this project.
