Small and medium-sized enterprises should provide the "Small and Medium sized Enterprise Declaration Letter" as required. 2.3 Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina. gov.cn), list of parties involved in major tax violations, and the list of records of serious illegal and dishonest behavior in government procurement on the China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp. gov.cn). 2.4 When a branch of a legal entity participates in the procurement activities of this project in its own name, it shall provide relevant legally registered certification documents and an authorization letter issued by the legal entity to assume full direct responsibility for the procurement activities of this project; Natural persons should provide documents. 2.5 Subcontracting not allowed.

1. 根據(jù)上海市財(cái)政局《關(guān)于上海市政府采購信息管理平臺電子招投標(biāo)系統(tǒng)正式運(yùn)行的通知》（滬財(cái)采[****]**號）的規(guī)定，本項(xiàng)目采購相關(guān)活動(dòng)在上海市政府采購信息管理平臺（簡稱：電子采購平臺）（網(wǎng)址：www.zfcg.sh.gov.cn）電子招投標(biāo)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行。電子采購平臺是由市財(cái)政局建設(shè)和維護(hù)。供應(yīng)商應(yīng)根據(jù)《上海市電子政府采購管理暫行辦法》等有關(guān)規(guī)定和要求執(zhí)行。供應(yīng)商在電子采購平臺的有關(guān)操作方法可以參照電子采購平臺中的“在線服務(wù)”專欄的有關(guān)內(nèi)容和操作要求辦理。
