簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)格描述或項(xiàng)目基本概況介紹、用途：本項(xiàng)目北起北橫河，南至大治河，全長(zhǎng)約7.**公里，規(guī)劃河口寬**米，兩側(cè)陸域控制帶各**米。河口寬按規(guī)劃**米實(shí)施，兩側(cè)陸域控制帶結(jié)合現(xiàn)狀因地制宜按0-6米布置防汛通道和綠化。主要建設(shè)內(nèi)容是:河道開(kāi)挖與疏拓工程、橋涵工程、護(hù)岸工程、綠化工程、防汛通道及相關(guān)附屬工程。本次采購(gòu)內(nèi)容為該項(xiàng)目的代建服務(wù)。
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:This project spans from Beiheng River in the north to Dazhi River in the south, with a total length of approximately 7.** kilometers. (c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：（1）未被“信用中國(guó)”（www.creditchina.gov.cn）和中國(guó)政府采購(gòu)網(wǎng)（www.ccgp.gov.cn）列入失信被執(zhí)行人、重大稅收違法案件當(dāng)事人名單、政府采購(gòu)嚴(yán)重違法失信行為記錄名單；
（2）單位負(fù)責(zé)人為同一人或者存在直接控股、管理關(guān)系的不同供應(yīng)商，不得參加同一合同項(xiàng)下的政府采購(gòu)活動(dòng)；為本項(xiàng)目提供整體設(shè)計(jì)、規(guī)范編制或者項(xiàng)目管理、監(jiān)理、檢測(cè)等服務(wù)的供應(yīng)商，不得參加本項(xiàng)目的采購(gòu)活動(dòng)；
