簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)格描述或項(xiàng)目基本概況介紹、用途：X2停保場(chǎng)有停車樓(共5層)、DRT檢測(cè)用房(共2層)、公交業(yè)務(wù)樓(共4層)、**kV變電站、洗車房，門衛(wèi)、垃圾房等用房，共計(jì)建筑面積****9m2(占地面積****4.**m2)。隨著X2停保場(chǎng)場(chǎng)站的啟用，為確保高效、有序運(yùn)營(yíng)，需要引入物業(yè)管理服務(wù)，涵蓋環(huán)境維護(hù)、秩序維護(hù)、設(shè)施設(shè)備巡檢和維護(hù)、室內(nèi)外綠化等多個(gè)方面。（具體內(nèi)容詳見第三章服務(wù)需求書）
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:The X2 parking and maintenance depot has a parking building (with 5 floors), a DRT testing building (with 2 floors), a public transportation business building (with 4 floors), a **kV substation, a car wash, guard rooms, garbage rooms and other facilities, with a total construction area of **,**9 square meters (covering an area of **,**4.** square meters). With the opening of the X2 parking and maintenance depot, to ensure efficient and orderly operation, property management services need to be introduced, covering environmental maintenance, order maintenance, inspection and maintenance of facilities and equipment, indoor and outdoor greening, and other aspects.
