(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:**Personnel Allocation Requirements:**

For each package of this project, the minimum number of professional technical personnel engaged in project final account auditing work is specified in the table. **Among them, more than half of the members in each package must hold a Class 1 Registered Cost Engineer certificate.** During the effective period of the contract, members of the auditing team may not be arbitrarily replaced without the consent of the purchaser.

For auditing projects entrusted by the purchaser, the supplier shall not subcontract or re-subcontract the work. **All members of the auditing team must be officially employed staff of the supplier and have signed labor contracts.**
