簡要規(guī)則描述：沈莊老街四至范圍東至咸塘港，南至S**，西至滬南公路，北至五灶港，土地面積約****5平方米。其中K-5地塊****平方米，規(guī)劃用途為菜場商業(yè)用地。K-6地塊****0平方米，規(guī)劃用途為學(xué)校教育用地。根據(jù)前期排摸發(fā)現(xiàn)，該地塊紅線范圍內(nèi)存在通信管線，按照開發(fā)建設(shè)要求，由市住宅中心委托鎮(zhèn)對現(xiàn)有管線進行搬遷。
Brief Specification Description:Shenzhuang Old Street extends from Xiantang Port in the east, S** in the south, Hunan Highway in the west, and Wuzhao Port in the north, with a land area of approximately ****5 square meters. Among them, the K-5 plot covers an area of **** square meters and is planned for commercial use as a vegetable market. The K-6 plot covers an area of ****0 square meters and is planned to be used for school education purposes. According to the preliminary survey, it was found that there are communication pipelines within the red line range of the plot. (c)本項目的特定資格要求：3、本次采購需要網(wǎng)上響應(yīng)，供應(yīng)商必須獲得上海市電子簽名認證證書（CA認證證書），根據(jù)《上海市政府采購供應(yīng)商登記及誠信管理（暫行）辦法》，為已在上海市政府采購網(wǎng)登記入庫的供應(yīng)商；4、符合《關(guān)于對接國際高標準經(jīng)貿(mào)規(guī)則推進試點地區(qū)政府采購改革的指導(dǎo)意見》（滬財采〔****〕**號）第**條規(guī)定的供應(yīng)商，不得參加本項目的采購活動；5、須系我國境內(nèi)依法設(shè)立的法人組織；6、具有中華人民共和國住房和城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)部頒發(fā)的通信工程施工總承包三級及以上資質(zhì)；7、具有建設(shè)部門頒發(fā)的《安全生產(chǎn)許可證》(有效期內(nèi)）；8、擬派項目負責人具有通信與廣電工程專業(yè)一級注冊建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格且具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書；9、單位負責人為同一人或者存在直接控股、管理關(guān)系的不同供應(yīng)商，不得參加同一合同項下的政府采購活動；為本項目提供整體設(shè)計、規(guī)范編制或者項目管理、監(jiān)理、檢測等服務(wù)的供應(yīng)商，不得參加本項目的采購活動；**、本項目不接受聯(lián)合體響應(yīng)。
